Isn't Point of Sale software expensive? How can you offer it for free?
Cashier Live's innovative price model is derived in part from the wireless phone industry. With cell phones, carriers like AT&T and Verizon subsidize the cost of the phone in return for signing a wireless service contract. A first in the Point of Sale software industry, we have partnered with select Credit Card Processing companies who have agreed to subsidize the cost of Cashier Live. That way, when you sign up for a merchant account with our partner you can continue to use Cashier Live completely free.
How do I upgrade from the FREE account to a paid package?
When you sign up with Cashier Live, you're automatically given 30 days totally free. If you've decided to continue using Cashier Live after those 30 days are up, you can upgrade within the Cashier Live software by logging in as the account administrator and clicking the "Upgrade" link.
I need phone support but I have a Basic/ Plus account, how much will that cost me?
Included in the Basic or Plus plans are free community support and online ticketed support. Through these options we'll be able to answer any questions you have very quickly. If you need to give us a call when you're having a problem, just call our support number and we'll be happy to help. The cost for support calls are $30.00 in 15 minute increments.
