Shipping and Return Policy
Cashier Live works with a point-of-sale industry supplier who ships products to our customers. While they have the most stringent quality control standards in the industry, occasionally there are issues with orders being shipped. In these cases, Cashier Live will do everything in our power to work with our supplier to get your order corrected as soon as reasonably possible.
Next day air and overnight shipping is not available. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Since Cashier Live is an intermediary selling brand new equipment only, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on items for any reason.
If something is delivered to you & is not working upon its arrival, we will work with our supplier to send you a functioning model of what you purchased. In this case, you will need to ship the unit back to the supplier and you will be reimbursed for shipping or the supplier will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
If your issue is not covered in this policy, a Cashier Live company representative will work with you and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. We will do everything in our power to keep you as a happy customer!
